LOCATION
The site is situated in the small hamlet of Inchlaggan, Glengarry close to Loch Ness, the Great Glen Way and the Caledonian Canal, ideal for any outdoor enthusiast wanting to enjoy the usual Highland activities or those just wanting peace and quiet.

DIRECTIONS
Invergarry lies on the A82 south of Inverness, north of Fort William. At Invergarry turn west on to the A87, which leads to the Isle of Skye/Kyle of Lochalsh. Five miles out from Invergarry there is a turn off for the single-track road on the left hand side signposted for Tomdoun Hotel/Kinloch Hourn. The plot is 4.5 miles along this single-track road on the left hand side. The single-track road leads on for a further 17 miles past the Tomdoun Hotel (www.tomdoun.com) to the coast at Kinloch Hourn.
This drive is strongly recommended where breathtaking scenery is promised!!
THE PLOT
The plot is south facing and is presently marked out by three large fence posts corresponding to points A, B and C on the plan. It’s boundary to the east is a small river that flows into Loch Garry and offers the potential to be harnessed for hydroelectricity.
PLANNING PERMISSION
Outline planning has been granted (07/00497/OUTLO) with all services on or adjacent to the site, drainage would be to private septic tank.
